Golden Gate Pilates instructors have completed more than 700 hours of hands-on training and received their certification from Master Teacher Romana Kryzanowska. Under her direct tutelage and

with the most comprehensive archival documentation available, we seek to teach and preserve the original work of Joseph H. Pilates.

We offer Privates, Duets, and Trios. We do not provide group classes.

Golden Gate Pilates utilizes only GRATZ PILATES EQUIPMENT which has been built using Joseph Pilates' original design and dimensions.

Studio Hours:		6:00am to 9:00pm, Monday - Saturday (Subject to Instructor Availability)

Hourly Rates		Private $80 Duets $50 per person Trios $40 per person
